Staatsolie and IAMGOLD / Rosebel Gold Mines N.V (“RGM”) signed an agreement establishing a Firm Company (“VoF) between the two companies on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.
Staatsolie and IAMGOLD / Rosebel Gold Mines N.V (“RGM”) signed an agreement establishing a Firm Company (“VoF) between the two companies on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. This VoF relates to the concession areas within the common interest area, which fall under the existing Mineral Resources Agreement with the Republic of Suriname, including the mining concession Saramacca.
